It is still being cleared and cleaned and doesn't have the fire ring made yet. Come and experience the excitement and beauty of nature at this very wooded and secluded camping area! At the back of the site are logging ruts created over 20 years ago when the land had been logged. Pitch your tent under the stars and enjoy the wonders of nature. Keep an eye out for the local wildlife, including deer, turkey, bobcats, turtles, squirrels, and maybe even a black bear (although we have never seen a bear here)! Be sure to pack insect repellent, as there may also be ticks, mosquitoes, deer flies, and other insects. Please keep an eye out for snakes in the area. Friendly reminder: You are visiting their home.
There are no bathroom amenities here, Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace.
Bulls Shoals Lake is a short 10-minute drive.
